Patrick has a deep respect and empathy for small business owners as most of his corporate career involved this sector through managing distribution networks as well as commercial lending. As a Franchisor representative and a Franchisee in his own right he knows the strengths, shortcomings and challenges from both sides.
He has bought and sold businesses and understands the imperatives, drivers and what works well and not so well.
